This was a very challenging project. We took over the design for the addition in 2023, handling both the architectural and structural aspects. After completing the initial design, the owner received a value engineering review that revealed high costs. Fortunately, since the building is owned and used by Horizons Construction, a well established General contractor  in Orange County, the owner, Hatem, who has construction expertise, suggested some changes. He revised the architectural plans to create a more cost-effective design. The new design included some structural challenges, but we successfully addressed them to meet the goals set by Hatem's architectural team.

We recently completed a very challenging project - This Design for the renovation of an old, damaged building. Our design complied with both building and health department codes, as well as ADA requirements—all while accounting for the necessary exhaust system for the hood of the roaster and electrical and plumbing for the coffee shop's bar equipment and fixtures. Our team recently completed a public works design for the Riverside Mental Health Hospital Facility with ramps, parking upgrades, and a stormwater runoff drainage solution. This Project Consisted of site Improvements, including the New 410 L.F Asphalt Road that connects the main road to the new Employees' office's new building through the lot Entrance; the existing lot had major Asphalt concrete Upgrades and Steel Fencing all around with 4 Different Gates point of Entries. 

Design for a very challenging project, even though it seems simple, it has many details. ACC performed Structural analysis & Prepared This drawing consisting of Architectural, Electrical & structural Sheets. ACC Consults & Partnership with well-known Architects & Engineers for other disciplines in the project as well to provide the client with full project drawings that are ready for permit submittals and construction

The design included all food Facility operation requirements from Hood, Equipment, Air Conditioning, Countertops, Drainage, and Gas. The Existing build was a cold sandwich bar, Needed Major upgrades. ACC designed this project to be built and upgraded to serve as a fast-food restaurant under a 50,000 Budget. The restaurant is up and running now in Ontario, California.
